- Resume content: Education, work experiences, skills, projects, contact links, and other details you input into our builder or upload as existing documents.
- Usage analytics: Device information, page visits, and button interactions parsed anonymously to improve speed and layout features.
2. How we use your information
Your data is processed strictly to deliver our core application utilities:
- To generate, format, and export your resume files.
- To process your documents through our ATS score checker parser.
- To provide personalized AI writing suggestions and bullet point rewrites.
- To manage bookings and transactions for 1-on-1 expert review sessions.
3. Data retention and deletion
You retain full ownership of your data. You can delete individual resumes, project drafts, or your entire account at any time from your dashboard settings. Once deletion is confirmed, all associated data is permanently purged from our databases immediately.
